"Prime Rate" means the annual interest rate established and reported by First Nations Bank to the Bank of Canada from time to time as a reference rate of interest for determination of interest rates First Nations Bank charges to customers of varying degrees of creditworthiness in Canada for Canadian dollar loans made by First Nations Bank in Canada.
