Commercial Banking Trainee

The Challenge:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be provided with the opportunity to become familiar with assessment, administration and marketing of credit and cash management services to existing and potential customers. You will experience a strong credit culture focused on risk management, relationships and sales.
Location:
We are a growing financial institution searching to fill this new role to be based in our Whitehorse, YT branch.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in business or related equivalence
- Requires strong analytical skills
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be an enthusiastic self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Must be flexible and willing to take on tasks as assigned and adjust to changing work priorities
- A strong desire to learn, grow and succeed
