Regional Vice President

  • The Regional Vice President (RVP) is accountable for providing effective leadership and management to the branches and community banking centers in their region. The RVP will lead their team in growing business volumes and building Bank profitability. The RVP oversees regional operations and risk management and demonstrates and promotes strong customer and employee experiences
  • The RVP reports to the President and COO
  • The Senior Managers Commercial Banking and the Senior Managers Retail Banking report directly to the RVP

Senior Manager Retail Banking

  • The Senior Manager Retail Banking (SMRB) is accountable to provide leadership for the growth, profitability and efficient operation for the retail branches within the region
  • Responsible to lead, develop and coach a team of their Retail Managers and employees who will work together to attract, retain and grow the bank's customer base and revenues while mitigating operational and credit risk
  • Have a thorough understanding of the local markets and develop new/existing business opportunities for their region or local areas and actively participate in community events
  • Monitor and control all compliance related matters setting a high standard for maintaining a control environment particularly in the areas of internal control and the minimization of credit and non-credit losses
  • Responsible for hiring and building employee capability to identify, understand and fulfill client needs
  • The SMRB reports to the Regional Vice President (RVP)

Retail Branch Manager

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the Personal and Small Business Banking (SBB) segment. The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for both sales and risk management
  • Understand the needs of the customer and provide the right banking solutions including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling and the sale of all personal banking products and services
  • Manage the overall operation of a branch, promoting a positive customer and employee experience while increasing shareholder value
  • Lead, coach and develop employees to achieve business results and professional/personal development objectives
  • Grow the business through having a detailed understanding of the local market and developing new/existing business opportunities
  • Participate actively in community events
  • The Manager Retail Banking reports to the Senior Manager Retail Banking (SMRB)

Manager Customer Service

  • Manage a team of service employees including the supervision and scheduling of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Responsible for general branch administration
  • Promote a positive customer and employee experience while increasing shareholder value
  • Lead, coach and develop employees to achieve business results and professional/personal development objectives
  • Grow the business through having a detailed understanding of the local market and developing new/existing business opportunities
  • Participate actively in community events
  • Reports to the Retail Branch Manager

Customer Service Representative

  • Perform financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and/or other account transactions for customers
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote FNBC products and services to customers, referring them to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners
  • Reports to the Retail Branch Manager or the Senior Manager Retail Banking

Financial Services Representative

  • Understand the needs of the customer and provide the right banking solutions including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling, selling and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services
  • Grow the business through developing customer relationships
  • Reports to the Retail Branch Manager or the Senior Manager Retail Banking

Accounting and Payroll Officer

  • The Accounting and Payroll Officer completes financial management reports ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information (eg: report monthly, quarterly and annually the Bank's financial results compared to business plan/forecast)
  • Calculates, prepares and processes bills, invoices, account payables and receivables, budgets and other financial records according to established procedures.
  • Collects, verifies, and processes payroll and benefit information using manual and computerized system; working with Manager Human Resources.
  • Identifies routine or basic financial accounting/payroll/benefit administration and reporting issues
  • Conducts standard reporting/analysis/submissions as directed
  • Reports to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Administrative Assistant

  • Provide quality and efficient administrative support on various assignments
  • Performs multiple tasks and/or works on assignments that range in complexity
  • Organization and maintenance of department files, co-ordination of schedules, expenses and/or tracking an monitoring of information/data, preparation of presentations and/or correspondence, and handling of internal/external client enquiries
  • Reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Human Resources Associate

  • Human Resources Associate is responsible to provide a range of process and program administration within the Executive Office Human Resources department
  • Provides daily advice, counsel and support of HR needs to management and employees in a variety of human resource disciplines
  • Works under the guidance and direction of Manager Human Resources
  • Reports directly to Manager Human Resources
